BFD Prizes
Once a year, your BFD-affiliated fitness gym will hold a raffle in which any of their BFD participants can win -- no entry fee or ticket purchases.
The BFD prize each year at each BFD-affiliated fitness gym is 1-year, full-membership to the gym for free!

Here's how you can win...
On the birthday each year of your gym's certified Sports Medicine Technician a month of the year (Jan - Dec) will be randomly selected.
If your birthday is during the randomly selected month, you win!
That means, your odds each year for winning is 1 in 12. Those are pretty good odds.
But I need to qualify that. You'll win IF you had the most consistent track record for getting a monthly Birthday Fitness Test over the past year, as compared to the other BFD participants whose birthday is also during the randomly selected month.
If there's a tie, the winners split the prize equally.
Example: You and 3 other BFD participants have birthdays during the randomly selected month, but only you and 1 other BFD participant had each gotten 9 monthly Birthday Fitness Tests over the past year. (Of the other "winners," one had only gotten 3 tests, and the other one had only gotten 7 tests -- so, they're losers.) You and the other winner both get 6-moths, full membership to the gym for free!

So be sure to get a Birthday Fitness Test as consistently each month as you can, and be sure that the certified Sports Medicine Technician at your gym documents your test each time.
